Hello, and thanks for visiting to learn more! I am Jen, which I prefer to Jennifer. I am many things in addition to being a Certified Life Coach and Certified Mediator in Santa Cruz County, California. I am an entrepreneur that built a now-profitable eco-business. I am a Family-to-Family teacher and Support Group facilitator for NAMI, trained in mental health first aid and suicide prevention. I am also the parent of 3 amazing young adults, a part-time traveler, and a wanna-be artist, musician, writer...

As a Life Coach,  I specialize in the transition from mental illness to mental fortitude. I have extensive experience with Asperger's, Bi-Polar Disorder, Depression, Anxiety, Addiction and most serious symptoms of mental illness. I understand feeling hopeless and stuck, and I also believe that change comes with admitting possibility.  In my work as a Mediator, I specialize in family dynamics, improving relationships through better communication skills. I am one of the go-to mediators for the Conflict Resolution Center in Santa Cruz when it comes to Parent/Teen Mediations ordered by Probation, as well as facilitating Restorative Justice Dialogues to repair harm.

I've been through the ringer too, know deeply how it feels to be exhausted yet want to really live. It's important for me now to be moving about in the world, connecting with people who want a better life. So if you're in the South Bay Area of California, my mobile Forever Young coach takes me where I need to go. We can do our weekly meetings in my coach, in your home, or at a local place near you. And of course on zoom if that's your preference!
